These Terms of Service govern your use of this coming-soon site and, once launched, the PKS Education ("PKS"). This is a template to be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.

1. Using this site

This site is currently a pre-launch informational page. By submitting the notify form, you agree to receive a one-time email when the platform launches. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.

2. The platform, once live

PKS will be free to use for learners, educators, and institutes. An optional paid plan will remove advertising; it will not gate any learning feature. Full terms for platform use, accounts, and content will be published at launch.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer this site or its backend services.
• Don't submit false information through the notify form.
• Don't use this site to collect other people's personal information.

4. Content ownership

All content on this site — text, graphics, and branding — belongs to PKS Education unless otherwise noted. Educator-published content on the live platform will remain owned by its creator, under terms to be published at launch.

5. No warranty

This coming-soon site and its associated services are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, while we build toward launch.

6. Changes to these terms

We'll update this page if these terms change materially, and note the date at the top.
